Where a fraudulent or unauthorized payment is confirmed, or where the payment cannot reasonably be verified because the customer fails to cooperate, DBZ SMM reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities and financial institutions, including the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and/or National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), where applicable. Any report will be made based on the available evidence and applicable law.
A refund may only be considered where the corresponding order has not been delivered and the payment has been successfully verified as legitimate. If an order has already been fully or partially delivered, the customer is generally not eligible for a refund for the delivered portion of the order.
If a legitimate refund is approved, DBZ SMM may refund the eligible amount only to the same payment method, account, wallet, or financial source from which the original payment was received, subject to the capabilities and requirements of the relevant payment provider. We do not normally issue refunds to unrelated third-party accounts or alternative payment methods.
